To start your frying, heat the wok or a large skillet over medium-high heat on your American stove. Add one tablespoon of oil and swirl to coat the pan. Then add the noodles to the wok plus a tablespoon of soy sauce and rice vinegar and the one fourth teaspoon of salt. Stir fry for about two minutes and then transfer then oodles to a plate to wait.

Reheat your wok or skillet on your American stove at medium high heat and add the remaining two tablespoons of oil. Add the bell peppers, the sugar snap peas, and the onion. Stir fry the veggies for four minutes.

Meantime, whisk together the chili sauce, the remaining two tablespoons of soy sauce and rice vinegar, the lemon juice, and the chili garlic sauce. Stir till smooth and pour it into the pan and toss and stir to combine. Cook for another one minute more.

Finally, add the noodles back to the wok and stir to combine with the ingredients carefully.

Once combined, pour it in a platter and serve immediately while it is hot.

Meantime, blanch the broccoli florets in a large pot of boiling salted water for two minutes. This softens the broccoli. Then drain the water and rinse the broccoli in cold water. Drain the water well. Set aside.

To begin stir frying, heat a wok or a large skillet over your American stove on high heat. Add vegetable oil and wait till it starts to smoke. Drain the beef from the marinade and reserve the marinade for frying. Add cornstarch to the marinade and stir till smooth leaving no clumps behind. Set aside.

Add the meat or beef to the wok and stir fry until almost cooked through for about two minutes. The color would be brown.

Rye bread pie is one of the simplest breads that I have ever made. It has an irresistible aroma that wafts across my house. Every time I prepare this bread it makes my family want to have more of this. I'm so lucky to have a bread machine that makes it easy for me to prepare rye bread pie. It's mainly because of this machine that I can easily experiment and try out new kinds of breads every day such as Amish white bread, bagel bread and simple wheat bread.

With this machine, I used the below ingredients and procedure to bake Amish white bread:

Ingredients

6 cups of bread flour

¼ cup of vegetable oil

1 and ½ teaspoons of salt

1 and 1/2 tablespoons of yeast

After I had ensured that every ingredient and tool was available, I dissolved sugar in water. I later took the sugar solution and stirred and mixed it with active yeast. 2/12 cup of chicken broth, fat free or low sodium type
1/2 cup corn starch
½ cup soy sauce, lite and low sodium type
½ cup light corn syrup
½ cup dry sherry
¼ cup cider vinegar
Two cloves of garlic, minced
Two teaspoon of grated fresh ginger
¼ teaspoon of ground red pepper or hot pepper flavor

THE PROCEDURE:
In a 1 ½ quart jar with tight fitting lid, combine the chicken broth, the cornstarch, the soy sauce, the corn syrup, the sherry, the vinegar, the garlic, the ginger and the red pepper. Shake them well. Can be refrigerated up to three weeks. But shake them well again before using in a stir fry. This recipe makes about four cups. In stir frying you can add the flavor according to the recipe of your stir fry. If you are only cooking for four servings, then you only need one half cup of the sauce or even less if you don't want it bubbling with the sauce.

1 cup whole wheat couscous1 mango, peeled and diced1 teaspoon finely diced jalapeno pepper1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice1/4 cup chopped cilantroSaltFreshly ground black pepper2 tablespoons red curry paste2 teaspoons vegetable oil1 tablespoon plus 1/2 teaspoon finely minced garlic3/4 pound shrimp, cleaned and shelled, tails on1 7-ounce container 2 percent Greek yogurt1 teaspoon grated gingerLime wedges (optional)

Directions

Cook couscous according to package directions. Combine with mango, jalapeno pepper, 1 teaspoon of the lime juice, and half the cilantro. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.In a large bowl, whisk together red curry paste, vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of the garlic, and remaining lime juice. Add shrimp; toss to coat.Mix together yogurt, ginger, and remaining cilantro and garlic in a small bowl. Season to taste with black pepper.Heat a grill to medium high. Grill shrimp until just cooked through, about 2 minutes per side.Arrange shrimp and couscous on a platter and serve with the yogurt sauce. Garnish with lime wedges if desired.

Top the rest using herring and the leftover smoked salmon. Transfer it into a serving plate and spread the chives over the blinis. Then, serve it along with lemon wedges.

Grilled Curried Shrimp with Mango Couscous

Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat couscous1 mango, peeled and diced1 teaspoon finely diced jalapeno pepper1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon freshly squeezed lime juice1/4 cup chopped cilantroSaltFreshly ground black pepper2 tablespoons red curry paste2 teaspoons vegetable oil1 tablespoon plus 1/2 teaspoon finely minced garlic3/4 pound shrimp, cleaned and shelled, tails on1 7-ounce container 2 percent Greek yogurt1 teaspoon grated gingerLime wedges (optional)

Directions

Cook couscous according to package directions. Combine with mango, jalapeno pepper, 1 teaspoon of the lime juice, and half the cilantro. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.In a large bowl, whisk together red curry paste, vegetable oil, 1 tablespoon of the garlic, and remaining lime juice. Add shrimp; toss to coat.Mix together yogurt, ginger, and remaining cilantro and garlic in a small bowl. Season to taste with black pepper.Heat a grill to medium high. Grill shrimp until just cooked through, about 2 minutes per side.Arrange shrimp and couscous on a platter and serve with the yogurt sauce. Garnish with lime wedges if desired.

Sandwiches With Avocado

1. ABC Sandwich(Avocado, Bacon, Crab)

Products needed for 8 serves:

2 tablespoons mayonnaise2 tablespoons sour cream1 teaspoon lemon juice8 slices cooked bacon8 pieces imitation crab1 teaspoon chopped celery1 teaspoon chopped radish1 middle sized, peeled and chopped avocadobutterlettuce leaves6 cherry tomatoes, cut into slices16 slices of bread

Preparation:

Mix the mayonnaise, the sour cream and the lemon juice and stir to smooth sauce. In a case that you want to reduce the calories, use low fat mayonnaise and replace the cream with yoghurt. Make another mixture from the crab, the celery, the radish, the avocado and a teaspoon of salt. Toast the bread slices under broiler and spread with butter to remain them soft. Spread the one slice with mayonnaise mixture and place a slice of bacon, a leave of lettuce and a piece of tomato. Then cover with another slice of bread, spread with avocado mixture.

2. Guacamole chicken sandwich

Products needed:

2 hamburger buns2 boneless skinless boiled chicken breasts1 avocado sliced lengthwise2 pickles sliced lengthwise4 tomatoes sliced lengthwise1 half onion sliced into rounds2 slices grilled bacon2 slices of Cheddar cheese2 tablespoons bread crumbscorn oil for frying

For the guacamole:

1 avocado mashed with spoon1 chopped tomato1 half onion slices into small bits1 lime1 tablespoon chopped cilantro1 teaspoon saltchili sauce by choice

Preparation:

First of all, take care of the chicken. Season it as desired and cut into slices. Heat the corn oil into a pan and fry the chicken meat rolled with bread crumbs in addition.

It is time for the guacamole. In a big bowl mix the mashed avocado with salt and lime juice. Stir well and add the chopped tomatoes, the onion, the cilantro and the chili sauce. Chop to a smooth texture and put in the fridge for a while.

Toast the bread, spread with the guacamole and place over chicken, pickles, tomatoes, onion rounds, a slice of cheese and a slice of bacon.

The second recipe needs a little more time for preparation, but the result will make it your favourite. You can add avocado slices or pasta in every other sandwich that you made. Use this amazing product of Mother Nature in the hot summer days to take some important nutritions and decrease the levels of bad cholesterol.

How to prepare this delicious rye bread pie?

Rub one side of the bread with butter and disperse sugar over the top. Place the bread in such a way that the buttered side comes on the top. Arrange the pie filling over the top. Take another piece of bread and repeat the process. Keep it inside the oven and press it hard. Bake it for at least 2 minutes until the pie turns brown in colour. Disperse the leftover sugar over the topmost portion and serve it.

Bread and cheese sweet pie

Main ingredients

Medium bread slices 12Sweetened condensed milk 400mlFresh cream 1cupMilk 1 cupFor the cheese layerCheese slices 6Shredded Mozarella cheese ½ cup

How to prepare this rye bread pie?

Take a baking dish and grease it thoroughly using butter. Keep it safely on one side. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C (365 degrees F). Process the combination of ingredients such as bread pieces, condensed milk, fresh cream, and milk using a food processor. Process it until you get a smooth and creamy mixture. Pour half of the mixture into the baking dish. Arrange cheese slices over the top and sprinkle the shredded cheese after arranging the cheese slices. Pour the leftover mixture over it. Bake it in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes until the surface gets a golden brown colour. Once it is cooked well, take it out of the oven and serve it straight away.

Individual pork pie

Ingredients needed:

Lean pork 3 poundsFlour ½ cupSalt to tasteGround pepper to tasteBacon fat 2 tbspsOnions 2Garlic 2 clovesWhite wine 2 cupsSage 1 tspChopped parsley 1 tbspGarbanzo bean sprouts 1 cupBasic pie pastry 1cup

How to prepare this rye bread?

Mix up the ingredients such as salt, pepper and flour. Carefully dredge pork cubes in the mixture. Take a large skillet and heat the meat in it. Take the meat out and include onions and garlic into the meat. Saute it for at least 5 minutes. Place the meat in the pan and pour wine so as to cover the meat. Wrap the pan properly and bring down the heat. Cook it for at least 30 minutes. Uncover it and check whether the mixture is fluidy or not. If the mixture seems to be exceedingly dry, add wine so as to make it fairly moistened. Introduce the combination of garbanzo sprouts, parsley and sage. Cover the mixture nicely and cook it for 30 minutes. Let it cool inside the refrigerator for at least 8 hours or overnight. Get rid of the excess fat. Split it among 6 baking dishes. Decorate the top of each pie using thick layer of pastry. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Bake it for 45 minutes until the crust turns brown in colour. Take it out of the oven and let it stand for 5 minutes. Then, serve it.
